We endeavour to provide our customers with only the best products available, in the unlikely event that you experience a problem, please let us know.
Should you experience a Skin Response, please contact us to discuss your particular issue. We accept any returns of Dermalogica Products bought from our Website, should you be dissatisfied for any reason for refund or exchange within 30 days of your order date. Defective items can be returned at any time.
Except if exercising your right to cancel, shipping and handling charges paid on your original shipment are not refundable when you use returns by mail or to our salon.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
RETURNS TO OUR SALON
Returns to our Salon are only available for Products purchased in via our Website online store.
Please provide your online invoice as proof of purchase and you will be entitled to a merchandise exchange, gift certificate or a full return based on the original form of payment, less the shipment costs, which are not refundable. Returns by Mail.

Pack and seal your return securely, in the original packaging, and include the completed invoice.
Affix your return shipping label to the packaging. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.
