Cancellations/No shows
Please be considerate and allow 24 hours notice of cancellations, otherwise a charge (50% of the treatment price) will be incurred. Failure to arrive for an appointment without prior notice will incur the full charge (100% of the treatment price).
Gift Vouchers
Non exchangeable gift vouchers are available for purchase and are strictly to be used within 6 months. You can specify the value you would like to give or a specific treatment which can always be changed by the recipient if requested. The voucher can be used as part or full payment against any treatment or product at The Beauty Box.
